Welcome to our site. We had to do this to detail the damage and destruction caused by our renters to our home in Cumberland hgts, its unbelievable , pictures are worth a thousand words , we have hundreds more , this is only a sampling of the damage done
We received a notice of non renewal from our Insurance company in Sept 2023 , 15 years we never had them inspect our property, we were notified about a pool without a fence, a hotub without a fence, and limbs touching the roof , and condition of roof . we also had someone go and inspect home , after going back and forth with tenants with no resolution and no traction we decided to evict the tenants, served notice in January and they had 45 days effective March 1, 2024. they left voluntarily and we also went thru the courts for the eviction process and on March 2 this is what we found
We have went thru the entire range of emotions, , shock , rage , disbelief , just to name a few this is what we found
The renters were Bobby and Linda Epps and had their kids and grandkids living there , , Tommy Epps , Ryan Epps and Trisha Lockwood ,they moved over off Hilltop drive still in Cumberland hgts, if you are the current landlord look out , this is not the first time they did this to a home and were asked to move and both times claiming they did work on the homes and were being ripped off , They did not have permission to do this to our home
We had to hire people to clean trash out of home, barn, and the 2 large piles of construction waste they dumped in our yard instead of going to dump , this was waste from construction jobs they were doing , we had to get 2 - 30 yard dumpsters and a skid steer and operator to fill dumpster and it was weighed in at dump at 11.5 tons ( 23000 lbs ) of trash , not the dumpster or truck , one would think this meets the criteria of illegal dumping or aggravated littering
